TEAM (Teaching Everyone Animals Matter) will be holding the 9th annual Whiskers & Wine event to benefit the animals of the Bradshaw Animal Shelter on October 6th, 2018. This fun event takes place under the stars on the grounds of the Shelter, where approximately 350 guests will be able to meet our animals, enjoy a variety of wine and beer, participate in live and silent auctions, while enjoying a delicious dinner and an array of scrumptious desserts. Volunteers will also be available to provide Shelter Tours!
Whiskers & Wine is our most critical fundraiser, providing 60% of T.E.A.M.’s annual revenue

Over the past 21 years, we have come a long way, but we still need your support. Your generous contribution will help us continue our dedication to the animals of the Bradshaw Animal Shelter. We are a small non-profit organization and all proceeds donated to T.E.A.M. directly benefit our animals. Additionally, we make every effort to communicate where the heartfelt donations from our supporters and sponsors are being applied. Whenever possible, we send follow-up status updates on the animals we help with our various fundraising events.

Event Purpose
Each year more than 12,000 animals end up at the Bradshaw Shelter. The majority of these animals are innocent victims of abuse, neglect or abandonment. Significant numbers arrive at the shelter unaltered, sick or injured. This is why TEAM was created, to work with the volunteers and shelter staff at the Bradshaw Shelter to help these animals and provide vital additional funding to help them find their forever homes. Through supporting the Critter Outfitter Store at the Shelter, coordinating quarterly low-cost spay /neuter clinics for dogs and cats, funding special medical needs for animals, and sponsoring expert witnesses to enable the prosecution of animal cruelty cases – all of the funds raised by TEAM go directly to helping the animals.
TEAM’s all-volunteer Board of Directors consists of professionals with a variety of backgrounds, including law, accounting, veterinary medicine, dog training, animal care, business management, and marketing. Our diverse backgrounds allow us to bring a broad skill-set and knowledge-base together to achieve our common goal of helping as many animals as possible.
